Job Description
LaSalle Network is working with a growing financial services company dedicated to providing top-notch financial services to their customer base. Located in downtown Chicago, this company is looking to bring on a skilled and experienced Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team. If you have a strong background in customer service, particularly in finance or banking, and are proficient in both English and Spanish, please apply today!

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in both English and Spanish
  • Assist customers with inquires related to their accounts, transactions and services
  • Resolve customer complaints and support tickets to other departments
  • Perform soft collections tasks, such as addressing overdue or past-due payments
  • Document customer interactions accurately and update customer records
  • Meet and exceed performance and call metrics

Bilingual Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience assisting customers or clients over the phone
  • Experience out of banking or any financial institution
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Incredible attention to detail
  • Ability to type and data enter information quickly and accurately
  • Proficient in speaking, writing and reading Spanish
