Bilingual Call Center Representative

LaSalle Network has partnered with a client who is looking to hire a Bilingual Call Center Representative to join their growing team in the Covington, Louisiana area! Our client is seeking motivated individuals with a drive to exceed goals and create a top-notch customer service experience.

Bilingual Call Center Representative Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls from customers to answer and service any questions they may have
• Answering questions and offering packages to help provide solutions
• Handle confidential information
• Handle high volume inbound calls
• Handled inbound and outbound sales
• Must be comfortable with using certain software programs
• Hit sales targets and maintain lasting relationships with clients

• Strong verbal and written communication skills to connect with customers over the phone and take clear notes in the computer system
• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Sales and/or customer service experience
• A desire to create a top-notch customer service experience
• The means to independently problem solve
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and effectively handle changing situations
• The drive to exceed goals in a fast-paced, metric driven environment
• Computer proficiency and proficient typing skills required
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work independently
• Good time management and decision-making skills
• Adaptability and self-accountability
