Our client, located near the west loop area of Chicago, is looking to hire a Bilingual Call Center Agent immediately. In this role, you will be able to sharpen your Spanish skills while also acting as the first line of assistance for their wide customer base. This company is looking for individuals who have a passion for helping, are highly motivated, and looking to start ASAP!

The Bilingual Call Center Agent will be able to provide a high-level of customer service while resolving customer issues and assisting in any way needed. With an intensive on-the-job training program, our client ensures each employee is ready to succeed.

Bilingual Call Center Agent Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service via phone calls
  • Document and notate all customer interactions in the database properly
  • Show empathy and compassion to customers
  • Help customers with various account issues
  • Adhere to call center metrics (quality adherence, call handling, etc.)

Bilingual Call Center Agent Requirements:

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Experience working on the phones preferred
  • Great attention to detail
  • High school diploma or GED required
