Bilingual Billing Specialist Responsibilities:  

  • Taking payments and explaining monthly billing inquiries & discrepancies via inbound calls 
  • Properly document and notate all customer interactions in the database 
  • Help customers with various account issues 
  • Adhere to call center metrics (quality adherence, call handling, etc.) 

Bilingual Billing Specialist Requirements:  

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (verbal and written) 
  • Ability to multitask 
  • Experience working on the phones preferred 
  • High school diploma or GED required
