LaSalle Network has partnered with a well-known company in the marketing industry. Our client is seeking a Benefits & Payroll Administrator to join their HR team. This person will work directly with the HR team and will be tasked with the responsibility of handling benefits and payroll protocol. This role is located in Hoffman Estates, IL.
Benefits & Payroll Administrator Responsibilities:
Benefits administration, ensuring accurate data entry and meeting open enrollment deadlines
Processing bi-monthly payroll for 80-100 salaried employees
Collaborating with vendors for seamless operations
Handling ad-hoc HR administrative duties as needed
Benefits & Payroll Administrator Background:
Ideal candidates bring 2-3 years of HR experience, specifically in benefits and payroll processing
HR Coordinator or Generalist background preferred—proficient in HR fundamentals without being overly senior
On-site presence required 5 days a week in Hoffman Estates, IL
Compensation: $60,000 - $65,000 annually
2-3 years HR experience, specifically with payroll and benefits
Experience working with payroll and benefits vendors
Experience using Paycor is a plus
