Our client is one of the top cannabis manufacturers in the country, known for its products of the highest caliber. They are looking for a dynamic Benefits Manager to join their team! The Benefits Manager will be responsible for managing the employee benefits programs while also maintaining focus on leaves. This is a hybrid position requiring three days per week in downtown Chicago. If you are experienced in benefits management and want to make a difference in employees’ lives, this role is for you!
Benefits Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer employee benefit programs with a focus on leaves
- Utilize expertise to ensure benefits compliance across regions
- Collaborate with HR teams to enhance employee well-being and satisfaction
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations
Benefits Manager Requirements:
- 5 years of direct benefits experience
- Background in a professional/corporate, or retail setting
