Job Description
LaSalle Network has partnered with the leading B2B e-commerce marketplace for healthcare, who is searching for a Benefits Administrator. This Benefits Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of employee benefits programs and company 401(k) programs. This role will also ensure the organization remains in compliant in the areas of responsibility including Affirmative Action, EEO Reporting and legal reporting requirements. 

Benefits Administrator Responsibilities: 
  • Manage successful, timely and accurate Health and Welfare benefits and 401(k) administration across multiple employee populations
  • Inform and advise employees on benefits matters regarding eligibility, coverage and provisions
  • Administer and support employee-qualified leave of absence programs such as sick leave, accident leave, short- and long-term disability and FMLA
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all government regulations and laws and advises employees on company policy, guidelines, and documentation requirements
  • Compile and maintain benefits records and documentation to ensure HIPPA Compliance
  • Maintain awareness of current practices in benefits, plan document compliance and policies
  • Prepare, validate and complete Benefits, 401(k) and other HR legal reporting requirements
  • Reporting responsibilities include OHSA 300A, RxDC, ACA 1049 & 1095, CMS Medicare Part D Disclosure, Summary Plan Description up-dates, Affirmative Action Plans, PCORI Fee, VETS 4212, Summary Annual Report (SAR), APP
  • Periodic audits of employee data security and HIPAA processes

Benefits Administrator Requirements: 
  • 2+ years Benefits, Leaves administration and HR Compliance experience
  • Comprehensive understanding of leave administration including state and federal regulations
  • Previous experience with HRIS Benefits System configuration and administration, preferably in Paylocity
  • Comfortable with a growing, fast-paced environment
