LaSalle Network is hiring an Benefits Account Representative for a growing healthcare organization located in Oak Brook, IL! This long-term contract opportunity is ideal for professionals who thrive in a detail-oriented, process-driven environment. The Account Representative will play a key role in managing health benefit enrollments, employee contributions, and COBRA applications while supporting overall benefits administration.
What’s the job?
- Process healthcare enrollments, elections, and monthly employee/employer contributions
- Reconcile monthly work and payment reports
- Review, process, and maintain COBRA coverage applications
- Pull key details from contracts and accurately input data into internal spreadsheets
- Ensure timely and accurate updates to benefits records
- Communicate professionally with internal teams and external partners
Key Details:
- Compensation: $18–20/hour

What’s needed?
- 1+ year of administrative or data entry experience in the banking or accounting space
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
