LaSalle Network is hiring a QSC & DSP Programmer to join a high-performing AV engineering team in the Chicagoland area!

The ideal candidate brings expert-level DSP programming skills, a deep love of AV tech, and an eagerness to solve problems in real-time. You’ll work on-site across exciting environments, collaborate cross-functionally with engineers and clients, and take ownership of projects from ideation to execution.
QSC & DSP Programmer Responsibilities:

Program, test, and deploy QSC-based DSP configurations for enterprise-grade AV systems

Develop scalable solutions with engineering and project teams

Troubleshoot and resolve complex signal processing issues

Engage with clients to align technical specifications with user needs

Maintain project documentation and system integrity

Travel occasionally (<15%) for conferences and site visits
QSC & DSP Programmer Requirements:

Expertise in QSC Q-SYS platform and DSP audio engineering

Experience with AV system design and BOM creation

Excellent communication and technical documentation skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple deadlines

Certification in Q-SYS or similar systems strongly preferred
