LaSalle Network is looking for an AV Engineer to bring our control systems to life.
In this role, you’ll be the architect behind the scenes, designing and programming intuitive Crestron-based systems that empower our clients to work smarter. From boardrooms to campuses to entertainment venues, your work will make technology feel effortless and elegant.
AV Engineer Responsibilities:

Develop and deploy reliable Crestron control systems

Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to refine AV solutions

Ensure programming meets usability, scalability, and quality standards

Maintain code documentation and follow process best practices

Support and mentor peers on programming methods and troubleshooting

Stay updated on the latest in AV and control technologies
AV Engineer Requirements:

Strong experience in Crestron programming and AV control system design

Background with control platforms like AMX, Extron, and DSP systems (Q-SYS, Biamp)

Familiarity with networking and AV-over-IP configurations

Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills

Certifications like CCP, CTS-I, or CTS-D are a major plus
