Associate Recruiter Responsibilities:

Review and screen resumes for open positions across departments

Use LinkedIn and other sourcing tools to attract top talent

Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone interviews

Draft job descriptions, manage the ATS, and prep offer letters

Grow into working directly with hiring managers and leading your own searches
Associate Recruiter Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required

1+ year of recruiting or HR experience preferred, but not required

Confident communicator with strong phone skills

Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities

Energetic, ambitious, and ready to build a recruiting career
