Under the guidance of the Pension Benefits Manager, you'll play a vital role in supporting members by managing benefit calculations, ensuring accuracy and delivering exceptional service. Associate Pension Analyst Responsibilities:

  • Manage pension benefits and refunds with efficiency and accuracy, ensuring timely support for our members
  • Help members and their families through important milestones, like processing benefit updates and refund applications when needed
  • Be the extra set of eyes, reviewing documentation and member records to maintain accuracy and excellence
  • Handle sensitive documentation, from legal trusts to Powers of Attorney, applying a sharp eye for detail and thorough understanding
  • Communicate with members and beneficiaries with empathy and professionalism, ensuring their needs are met and questions answered
  • Work closely with management on exciting projects, making every day unique

Associate Pension Analyst Requirements:
  • Strong math and critical thinking skills, with a meticulous approach to problem-solving
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a natural ability to put others at ease
  • Impressive attention to detail, coupled with excellent time management and research abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally with additional benefits administration coursework or training
