LaSalle Network has partnered with a dynamic company seeking an experienced and versatile Art Director to join their creative team. You’ll work in a collaborative environment, developing cutting-edge designs across digital, social and packaging for our client’s CPG products. Our client prides themselves on innovation and creativity, delivering impactful campaigns both in-house and for leading brands.
Art Director Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept through execution for digital, social media and packaging projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product and external partners, to develop visually compelling campaigns that align with brand goals and strategy
- Create and maintain consistent brand standards across all design projects
- Work on both agency-side and in-house creative projects, ensuring consistency in brand messaging across multiple channels
- Manage timelines and deliverables for multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure designs are optimized for digital platforms while maintaining a focus on user experience
Art Director Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Art Director in both agency and in-house settings
- Strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, social and packaging design
- Experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry is a must
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other design tools
- Understanding of branding and packaging design principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to be onsite 3 days a week
