AR/Cash Apps Specialist Responsibilities:
- Process and apply high-volume B2B cash transactions, including ACH, checks, wires, and credit card payments
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, ensuring accurate account reconciliation
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain smooth and efficient payment processes
- Manage credit memos, adjustments and write-offs with precision and adherence to company policies
- Update and maintain records with meticulous attention to detail
AR/Cash Apps Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of B2B cash applications experience (non-negotiable!)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Excel; NetSuite experience is a bonus!
- Strong analytical skills and a knack for solving problems
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to improving processes
