Job Description
LaSalle Network is currently hiring Appointment Setters for a leading technology services company located near Des Plaines, IL. The Appointment Setter role is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and sharp individual looking for an established company to gain great experience.
This role has a compensation rate of $20/hour + bonus! Applicants must be available Monday-Friday between 7am-7pm.
Appointment Setter Responsibilities:
- Ability to work with customers in a fast-paced, result-oriented fashion; adaptable and flexible
- Handle high volume inbound/outbound calls scheduling appointments
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with other members of the call center service team as well as key inter-departmental contacts
- Meet and exceed the goals and objectives of the department
Appointment Setter Requirements:
- 1+ year of customer service experience
- 1+ year of inside sales or retail sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be available to work 100% onsite
