After Sales Engineer Responsibilities:
- Resolve technical warranty cases efficiently, ensuring alignment with company policies
- Analyze trends and root causes to improve product reliability and design
- Partner with R&D, Quality, and Engineering to enhance serviceability
- Provide technical support and conduct field training for internal teams and external clients
- Build relationships with dealers and clients to enhance product knowledge and support
After Sales Engineer Requirements:
- Vocational or technical education with 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in hydraulic and mechanical systems; hands-on experience with hydraulic cylinders
- Familiarity with ERP systems like LN Cloud and SAP
- Strong customer focus, proactive mindset, and excellent communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work both independently and collaboratively
