LaSalle is partnering with a growing commercial real estate company based in Deerfield, IL to hire for an Administrative Assistant to support the president of the company. This Administrative Assistant role will allow you to be involved in the growth and determination of excellence they provide.Administrative Assistant Responsibilities:
- Coordinate high-level meetings for their leadership team
- Perform advanced calendar administration
- Manage travel coordination for the President
- Properly receive, review and organize legal documents
- Create and modify any information within spreadsheets and databases
- Effectively communicate with clients, vendors and contractors
- Assist with bookkeeping and basic financials
- Manage vendor relations and build effective partnerships
- Assist with ad hoc projects for the leadership team
Administrative Assistant Requirements:
- 4+ years of administrative experience
- Able to commute on-site five days a week to the Deerfield office
- High level of attention to detail
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Ability to complete complex tasks with little or no supervision
- Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with Yardi is a plus
