LaSalle Network has partnered with a worldwide leading manufacturer that holds a presence in 87 countries worldwide. Our client is seeking an Accounts Receivable/Credit and Collections Specialist with a drive to exceed goals to join their team!This Accounts Receivable/Credit and Collections Specialist must have strong organization and communication skills that are required for the role as you will be working with clients across the United States.
Budget for this role is up to a base of $55,000 with great benefits. This position will be on a hybrid schedule in their Rolling Meadows, IL office.
Accounts Receivable/Credit and Collections Specialist Responsibilities:
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments
- Notify customers of past due accounts and for invoicing of customer accounts
- Open accounts, raise and lower customer credit limits
- Quarterly close, JSOX and annual audit work
- Evaluate customer accounts, establish payment plans and maintain proper follow ups
Accounts Receivable/Credit and Collections Specialist Requirements:
- 2+ years of AR/accounting experience
- Prior collection experience
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with advanced functions of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
