Job Description
Are you looking for a role that will lead to a long career? LaSalle Network is partnering with a major company located in Miami, Florida, that is responsible for replacement and maintenance heavy machinery parts, and is seeking an entry level Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their team.
This is an exciting opportunity with a company that encourages training and growth.
Accounts Receivable Clerk Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices and make sure data is correct
- Process incoming payments
- Post container invoices for inventory
- Assist in tasks such as negotiating prices, verify shipments and call carriers
- Assist in other accounting duties as needed
Accounts Receivable Clerk Requirements:
- 1 year of accounts receivable experience a plus
- Positive attitude
- High attention to detail
- Desire to learn
- Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills are required
Compensation: The range for this role is $17-19 per hour.
