Job Description

Accounts Payable Lead Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices
  • Support one other accounting clerk in daily tasks
  • Own the setting up and approval of new vendors
  • Manage all credit card reconciliations
  • Run various reports such as quarterly vendor volume and sales reports
  • Manage prepayments and customer rebates

Accounts Payable Lead Requirements:
  • Positive attitude
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Desire to learn
  • Detail oriented
