Job Description

LaSalle Network has partnered with a growing distribution organization based in the Dallas metro area that is currently seeking an Accounts Payable Manager. This is a great opportunity to get valuable experience with a proven industry leader!

After 90 days this position will have a hybrid schedule with two days on-site per week.
Accounts Payable Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage invoice processing in 3 ERP systems (Workday, Eclipse, Mincron)
  • Manage 15-20 hourly AP team members
  • Month-end close of financial records and posts
  • Invoice processing management
  • Process improvements and system implementations to increase productivity
  • Manage productivity and performance metrics related to accounts payable processing
  • Develop subordinate team members and hire, train and evaluate new team members
  • Achieve ongoing compliance with all regulatory and accreditation criteria
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and resource to employees and customers; demonstrated by knowledge of issues/systems/standards
  • Demonstrate cooperative management style that eliminates boundaries to achieve integrated, efficient and quality service
  • Lead efforts to discover cost savings opportunities and devises implementation plans

Accounts Payable Manager Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years AP experience
  • Management experience
  • Excel and ERP experience (Mincron, Eclipse, Workday or similar)
