LaSalle Network is looking for an Accounting Operations Analyst to join a high-performing team in Chicago.
This role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, improving processes, and collaborating across departments to make systems run smoother.

Accounting Operations Analyst Responsibilities:

Execute and record daily journal entries and adjustments

Monitor and reconcile accounts receivable, including tenant receipts and payment discrepancies

Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve billing issues

Assist with close cycles and help ensure timely financial reporting

Participate in efforts to automate and enhance accounting operations

Maintain consistent and accurate financial data across systems
Accounting Operations Analyst Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline

1–3 years of experience in an accounting operations or AR-focused role

Deep understanding of AR workflows, payment processing, and reconciliations

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

Clear, confident communication and a team-first attitude
