Assistant Controller Responsibilities:
- Lead all accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Build and enforce financial procedures that meet compliance standards.
- Analyze budgets, forecasts, and reports to inform executive decisions.
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and external partners.
- Oversee company cash flow, investments, and liquidity.
- Supervise and develop accounting team members.
- Provide financial insights to cross-functional teams on business initiatives.
- Strengthen internal controls and streamline financial processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or MBA highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in finance/accounting roles.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP, reporting, and financial systems.
- Confident communicator and collaborator, with excellent analytical skills.
- Experience in ERP environments and a knack for process improvement.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, growing company culture.
