Accounting Specialist Responsibilities:

Track and record complex trust transactions with accuracy and speed

Reconcile daily activity for multiple bank accounts

Process outgoing trust payments and incoming deposits

Help with accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries

Pitch in on accounting projects that support the trust and finance teams
Accounting Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
- 3+ years of accounting experience (bonus points for professional services background)

Detail fanatic with great time management and follow-through

Strong grasp of trust and real estate/escrow accounting processes
