LaSalle Network is seeking a motivated Accounting Analyst to join the Capital Markets team of our client, a dynamic and growing real estate firm in downtown Chicago. Specializing in managing a diverse portfolio of properties, this organization offers stability, exciting growth opportunities and exposure to high-level financial strategies. As part of the Capital Markets team, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with leadership and external partners, gaining exposure to strategic financial initiatives, property valuation processes and lender relationships.
Accounting Analyst Responsibilities:
- Generate accurate and timely financial statements for senior leadership and external stakeholders
- Monitor internal KPIs to ensure alignment with loan covenants and contractual agreements
- Partner with lenders to validate financial positions and balances
- Manage property valuations and lead the property tax assessment appeal process
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting for transactions and other strategic projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners
- Deliver clear, concise updates on financial performance to internal teams and external stakeholders
Accounting Analyst Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 1+ years of corporate accounting experience
- Advanced Excel skills, including experience working with large data sets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
Accounting Analyst Benefits:
