Job Description

LaSalle Network is looking to hire an Account Manager for an in-house corporate style company located in the northern suburbs of Illinois. This position will have a hands-on role in the digital transformation of the financial services space by partnering with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders in collaboratively creating and executing omni-channel campaigns.

The Account Manager will have an impact from day one. As a crucial member of this growing, in-house marketing team, you will manage projects from beginning to end in an agile, fintech environment.

Account Manager Responsibilities:

  • Build successful relationships with internal clients, serving as the liaison between internal clients and the corporate marketing team
  • Use innovative go-to-market strategies to create and execute integrated marketing plans across digital and traditional platforms
  • Analyze and present on results of promotions/campaigns to internal stakeholders with recommended optimizations
  • Conduct and evaluate market and industry research
  • Create, manage and forecast marketing budgets/manage the P&L
  • Maintain alignment with sales to drive revenue

Account Manager Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns (such as paid digital, SEM, email, display, social, etc.)
  • Experience monitoring key online marketing metrics to track success and make recommendations based on analytics
  • Experience managing large initiatives; experience with a budget of $1M is preferred
  • Effective communication skills with clients and key stakeholders
  • In-house and/or corporate style industry experience needed 
  • Experience working in project management software such as Workfront, Basecamp, JIRA or equivalent programs
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
