LaSalle Network is currently partnered with a high growth insurance technology startup that is looking to expand their sales team in the Columbus, Ohio area due to extensive growth. Our client is looking to add motivated and outgoing Account Executives to their sales organization.

Originally started on the West Coast, this start up is transitioning over to the East Coast and growing their presence in the Columbus, Ohio area. With an amazing company culture and a fun, fast-paced workplace, they are looking for individuals that are ready to grow or start a career in insurance sales.

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for both sales and client servicing by following up on prospect inquiries, making outbound/inbound calls on different campaigns, and developing new leads and opportunities to help close business. This role will require you to enroll in an insurance license program and offers a great compensation rate with commission!

Account Executive Responsibilities:

  • Timely follow up with sales prospects via phone, email, and text
  • Walk through sales/purchasing process with prospects
  • Make outbound calls to new leads on campaigns and take inbound calls
  • Work closely with sales management team
  • Identify new leads and sales opportunities

Account Executive Requirements:

  • BA degree preferred or 2 years of relevant work experience within customer service or sales
  • Sales mindset and ability to meet goals
  • Passion for sales and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to handle objections
