Our client is a digital marketplace that has created a mobile application that allows businesses to connect with qualified talent and is looking to add experienced and passionate salespeople to their growing team.
As an Account Executive, you will have a competitive base salary and uncapped commission earning potential, strategic client outreach, and be given the training and tools needed to succeed. This Account Executive needs to be based in Nashville as the client has a hybrid work model. On top of their compensation package, our client offers: unlimited PTO, great healthcare plans, additional monthly spiffs, and an opportunity to qualify for an annual president's club.
Account Executive Responsibilities:
- Prospect, lead demos, and close deals with SMB/ Mid-market accounts, both over the phone and in-person
- Meet and exceed sales objectives on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Establish and execute sales strategy for the B2B mobile marketplace
- Work cross-functionally with multiple internal teams and stakeholders to drive revenue with new customers
Account Executive Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3+ years of closing experience in SMB or Mid-market sales
- Proficiency in Salesforce preferred not required
- Hunter mentality in seeking new business and a track record of consistently exceeding quota
- Experience engaging with high-level decision makers
- Competitive mentality with a passion for continued growth and development
- An understanding of sales process and methodology (solutions selling, Challenger Method, Sandler Method, etc.)
