We’re expanding our Chicago sales team and looking for driven, competitive professionals who are ready to make an impact, build relationships, and grow a book of business in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. 
 
As an Account Executive, you’ll take ownership of developing new business, managing client relationships, and collaborating with our specialized recruiting teams to deliver exceptional staffing and recruitment solutions. In this full-cycle sales role, you’ll lead the charge on client acquisition and account growth, with top-tier recruiting support and the power of a national brand behind you. 


Account Executive Responsibilities: 
  • Build and manage your own book of business by identifying and developing new client relationships 
  • Prospect, cold call, and conduct in-person and virtual meetings with hiring managers and executives 
  • Act as a strategic advisor to clients on hiring trends, workforce planning, and staffing solutions 
  • Partner with internal recruiters to deliver qualified candidates to your clients 
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and exceed revenue goals 
  • Drive client retention and account expansion through high-touch service 

Account Executive Requirements: 
  • 1–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in a metrics-driven environment 
  • Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry is a plus but not required 
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills 
  • A competitive mindset, resilience, and the ability to thrive under pressure 
  • Confidence to interface with executives and decision-makers 
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Please note that the salary range posted is representative of total first-year compensation, as this role offers a competitive base salary plus an uncapped quarterly bonus plan.
