Job Description

Our client, a financial services company, is seeking a Benefits Manager to join their team! This is a hybrid role in their downtown Chicago office. The Benefits Manager will join a team of HR professionals and will focus heavily on reporting, data and record maintenance and other general HR initiatives and projects, while being the first point of contact for any and all HR inquiries.

Benefits Manager Responsibilities:
  • Manage a 401k project
  • Conduct audits from start to finish
  • Handle various manual calculations
  • Handle multiple deadlines
  • Comfortable with autonomous work 

Benefits Manager Requirements:
  • 10+ years of 401k related experience
  • Must be familiar with running projects 
  • Must have experience running audits from start to finish
  • Experience managing 401k plans
  • Proficient in Excel
