LaSalle Network agrees to invoice JLL based on markup rates that do not exceed the rates outlined in the table (click see pricing) by Job Group and State. These rates apply to regular hours worked, and do not apply to Overtime, Holiday, or Doubletime markups.

The process starts with a resume evaluation based on industry and client benchmarks. Then, if their skill set is a fit, we conduct a phone interview to gauge communication, discuss experience and gain an understanding of candidate’s career goals. From there, we bring the candidate in for an in-person interview with at least three of our recruiters. After an in person interview, we have the capability to conduct background checks based on your needs, and we can test candidates on over 10,000 different skills and assessments. Additionally, we conduct reference checks to ensure the candidate is JLL quality!
