Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing for 5,000+ employees across all 50 states
- Audit payroll and timekeeping data, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Maintain and manage Oracle HCM timecards, payroll reporting, reconciliations, and employee payroll inquiries
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations while supporting audits and process improvements
- Partner directly with payroll leadership and internal stakeholders within a high-volume payroll environment
Requirements
- 4+ years of recent in-house, full-cycle payroll experience supporting large employee populations required
- MUST have multi-state payroll experience and strong Excel skills including VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and reporting
- Experience with Oracle HCM preferred; Workday, ADP, or similar enterprise payroll systems also considered
- Canadian payroll experience, payroll audits, garnishments, and process improvement experience preferred
