One of our core values at LaSalle is giving back to the communities we live and work in, so over the years, we’ve spent over 300,000 hours volunteering. Get to know a few of the organizations we work with!

Special Olympics

Special Olympics is an international sports organization that provides training and athletic competitions for kids and adults with intellectual disabilities. LaSallians have refereed youth basketball games, bowling leagues and summer leagues, and raised thousands of dollars for the Polar Plunge, with several LaSallians taking the plunge themselves!

By the Hand Club for Kids

By the Hand Club for Kids is an after-school program that works with students living in under-resourced neighborhoods of Chicago. LaSalle Network has partnered with By the Hand to participate in many events, from painting walls to packing gift bags for the kids to volunteering at their elementary school students’ enrichment programs.

Cristo Rey

Cristo Rey Jesuit High School gives first-generation high school students access to great teachers and opportunities, while simultaneously equipping them with invaluable business skills from a young age through their Corporate Work Study Program. For the past four years, LaSalle has partnered with Cristo Rey to employ students one day a week to help fund their high school tuition.
