LaSalle’s accounting and finance team found this recent graduate of Loyola University Chicago, his first job
Soon after graduating from Loyola University Chicago, with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics and International Business, Tom met with LaSalle’s accounting and finance team. Within the same month, he had his first interview for a payroll accountant opportunity providing compliance for a company running payroll for over 18,000 employees.
Four days after the interview, Tom was offered the job with a competitive starting salary, benefits and a business casual environment. In less than two months, Tom went from an unemployed recent college graduate with few job prospects to beginning his first “real” job with an entrepreneurial organization that is growing at a tremendous rate.
