Robert was underpaid and undervalued as a network engineer at his current employer, a full service audio/video systems integrator representing over 60 manufacturers in the northwestern suburbs. He came to LaSalle with over four years of information technology experience.

LaSalle’s client, the world’s largest and most experienced brand imaging solutions provider, was in need of an experienced Filemaker Pro database administrator to start immediately. Robert phone interviewed with LaSalle’s client five days after his initial interview with LaSalle and had an in-person interview four days later. This new opportunity would provide Robert the opportunity to not only make more money, but also gain valuable experience in other areas of information technology.

Two weeks later, Robert was offered the job including a 50 percent raise.
