Nancy came to LaSalle Network with over eight years of call center management experience at a major financial services company. During her tenure at her previous employer, Nancy was the assistant manager for two separate divisions, supervising 35 customer service representatives, handling escalated calls and hiring and training new employees. After eight years, Nancy left her employer seeking new opportunities for growth with a stable organization.
Our client, a thriving online consumer lending company, was looking for section managers for their collections department. Nancy interviewed with LaSalle’s client and instead of hiring her for the section manager role, they created a position within their collections team that would better capitalize on her strengths. Nancy started just over a month after her initial interview.
