Trapped in his former role as an international demand planner for a global foods company, Brian reached out to LaSalle Network in the hopes of landing a position where he could expand his supply chain skill set.
Working full-time, Brian needed to meet our Executive Search recruitment team late on a Sunday evening to conduct his LaSalle Network interview. Our client, a multi-billion dollar food distribution company, was in need of a senior analyst whose responsibilities would include demand forecasting, purchasing, logistics and inventory management for more than 5,000 SKUs in the organic and specialty foods division. This role would expand Brian’s aspiration to gain more experience in domestic planning.
In less than a week, Brian interviewed twice with our client and was offered the job, including a 28 percent bump in salary and improved benefits.
