Once I accept an assignment from The LaSalle Network…then what?Your Project Manager will give you all the pertinent information that you will need to be successful in the position. You and your Project Manager will continue to have open and honest communication regarding your position, your supervisor and co-workers, questions/issues, and feedback on your performance.

If I take a Project-to-Hire assignment, am I guaranteed to be hired permanently? No, Project-to-Hire assignments are designed to give everyone involved the opportunity to interview one another. You, the field employee have the chanceto interview the client to see if they will be a good long term fit. At the same time, the client is taking the opportunity to interview you.

What is the call-off procedure once I am working? Communication is imperative when you are assigned to a client. If you are running late or unable to make it to work for any reason, please contact your Project Manager immediately. TLN has a 24 hour voicemail system, so you can call us regarding any emergencies at any time.
Please contact your Project Manager at least 2 hours before your start time.

Am I an employee of The LaSalle Network, or the client to which I am assigned?During Project and Project-to-Hire assignments you are a field employee of The LaSalle Network, until the assignment ends or you are offered a permanent position. If you are placed on a Direct Hire position, you will immediately be an employee of our client, but our Project Manager will still stay in contact with you to ensure your new position is progressing smoothly.

Do I need to give you any notice to end an assignment? Yes, proper professional procedure is to give two weeks notice.

What should I do if I am running late? Contact The LaSalle Network as soon as possible. Waiting 10 minutes before you are to arrive at a client’s office is not acceptable.
