Why use a recruiter?
  • Recruiters are involved in a broad range of business relationships and networks dedicated to connecting qualified talent with open career opportunities.
  • Many of our clients solely use TLN to identify candidates for their permanent and project-to-hire positions due to the relationships that we have developed over the years.
  • The LaSalle Network can be your advocate - opening doors, giving career advice and overcoming objections for you.

  • What types of positions does The LaSalle Network specialize in?
Permanent and project opportunities in all areas and industries of Accounting and Finance, Technology, Office Services, Call Center, Human Resources and Executive Search.

How often should I contact you for work?
Once a week via e-mail is sufficient.

    Do you offer insurance?
Yes, through the American Staffing Association. For more information, please contact your Project Manager.

What if I want to refer someone to you?
Please feel free to refer any friends, family or colleagues to your Project Manager via email or phone.

Who do I contact regarding questions or concerns about my assignment?
Your Project Manager is the first person you should contact. If this individual is not available, anyone else at The LaSalle Network can assist you.

Do you require any background checks?
Yes, a criminal and credit background check may be required, depending on client requests and the nature of the assignment.

How many references do I need to provide?
    Two, professional references.

Can you help me with my resume or interview style?
Yes. LaSalle offers a unique workshop series, LaSalle Academy, exclusively for LaSalle Network candidates, which offers practical advice on your resume, interviewing, networking, and more! Contact Megan Gentille for details.

What is the procedure when interviewing for a position with a client?
Each client will have a unique hiring procedure. Your Project Manager will advise you on the process, as well as prepare you for the interview.
