Our client, a multi-million dollar, international brand management firm was in need of two high-level technology professionals under a strict budget. Under contract with preferred staffing vendors for all of their information technology needs, these positions remained open for eight months, with the current vendors unable to provide quality talent. Our client opened these searches to LaSalle Network and, unlike our national counterparts, we delivered.

Identify – SharePoint business analysts with four to six years of business analyst experience; experience performing requirements gathering, end user analysis and process planning. FileMaker business analyst with prior application support experience and familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within SDLC
Qualify – SharePoint business analysts with at least one year of exposure to MOSS 2007 / WSS 3.0. FileMaker business analysts with attention to details and commitment to quality; bachelor’s degree with technology major and over two years of relevant work experience
Deliver – A qualified candidate to start immediately under budget constraints

To address our client’s needs for strong technology professionals, LaSalle Network developed a specific sourcing and recruitment strategy.
